Baratza - Sette 270 Coffee Grinder

Baratza

Baratza builds grinders for the home brewer who takes the grind seriously.

Precise burr alignment, software-calibrated grind settings, and serviced-for-life build quality make the Baratza range the starting point for anyone who wants their grind to match their coffee investment.

The Engineering

Timed Dosing

Electronic timed dosing delivers consistent output at high speed. Repeatable doses for faster service — essential for cafés where throughput and consistency need to coexist.

Conical Burrs

Conical burr geometry delivers exceptional retention characteristics and works across a wide range of grind sizes. Versatile for espresso and filter, with low retention for dose accuracy.

Stepless Micrometric Adjustment

Infinite grind size adjustment with no click stops — dial in the exact grind your recipe requires, not the closest available setting.

Burr Quality

Precision-machined burrs deliver consistent particle size across the grind range. Uniform distribution means more even extraction — and better-tasting espresso in the cup.
