Custom Coffee Cart - Fully Collapsible

Coffee Machine Depot Custom Coffee Cart

Fully collapsible. Event-ready. Your entire coffee setup in one cart.

A compact, fully collapsible mobile coffee workstation built for pop-ups, catering events, and brand activations. Durable construction handles frequent transport. Consistent temperature stability keeps your shots dialed in from the first pour to the last guest. It folds down, loads up, and sets up fast — so you spend your time pulling shots, not assembling furniture. **Please note that these are custom made carts and therefore can be ordered in your preferred color. Time frame is usually 2 - 3 weeks post order.

How It Works

The cart is engineered around a fully collapsible frame that breaks down for transport and reassembles quickly on site. Everything — your espresso machine, grinder, knock box, and accessories — has a designated position on the work surface. The durable construction absorbs the wear of loading and unloading without loosening joints or warping surfaces. Temperature stability from your machine stays reliable because the cart provides a level, stable platform even on uneven event floors. You arrive, unfold, plug in, and start serving.

The Engineering

Fully Collapsible Frame

The entire cart folds down flat for transport in your vehicle. No tools needed to set up or break down. From trunk to serving in minutes.

Durable Construction

Built to handle daily commercial use and frequent transport. The frame and surfaces hold up to repeated loading, unloading, and the weight of professional espresso equipment. Designed for the road, not just the showroom.

Compact Footprint

Fits into tight event spaces, farmers market stalls, and pop-up venues without sacrificing usable work surface. You get a full workstation in a footprint that works where space is limited. Professional setup, minimal square footage.

Stable Platform

A level, rigid work surface keeps your espresso machine stable during service. No wobble, no vibration transfer — your machine performs like it is sitting on a permanent counter. Rock-solid even on uneven ground.

Event-Ready Design

Clean lines and a professional look that represents your brand at corporate events, weddings, and activations. This is a workstation that looks as intentional as the coffee you serve from it. Your mobile cafe, ready to impress.
