The Fiorenzato F64 EVO PRO ADAPT Dark-T is built for cafés and professional coffee programs that want tighter control over every espresso dose. Its integrated Grind-by-Weight system measures directly in grams with 0.1 g precision, while ADAPT technology connects the grinder to the espresso machine to help monitor recipes and guide grind adjustments when extraction results begin to change. Combined with 64 mm flat Dark-T® coated burrs and a 450-watt motor, it is designed to reduce waste and keep espresso preparation consistent throughout service.

How It Works

Instead of relying on grind time to determine each dose, the F64 EVO PRO ADAPT uses an integrated weighing system to dose coffee by actual weight. Set the desired dose in grams and the grinder measures the coffee with 0.1 g precision for greater consistency from one portafilter to the next.

ADAPT adds another layer of control by creating a wired connection between the grinder and espresso machine. After a guided, self-learning setup establishes the desired recipe, the system monitors results and can display adjustment suggestions when it detects variations in the cup. The barista can then adjust the grind size to bring the extraction back toward the target recipe. Fiorenzato states that ADAPT is compatible with espresso machines across the market.

Fiorenzato-made 64 mm flat M340 burrs receive the Dark-T® coating on the PRO configuration. Fiorenzato rates Dark-T® burr life at up to 3,000 kg, five times its stated 600 kg standard burr life. Built for long-term commercial grinding.

PRO GRINDING CHAMBER

The F64 EVO PRO ADAPT combines Fiorenzato's PRO platform with its commercial 64 mm grinding system, giving busy operators a grinder designed around easier professional workflow and consistent espresso preparation. Commercial performance made practical.

COMMERCIAL OUTPUT

The 450-watt grinder runs at 1,350 rpm at 50 Hz or 1,550 rpm at 60 Hz, with Dark-T® burr productivity rated at 2.7 g/s. Recommended coffee consumption is up to 3 kg per day. Ready for demanding daily service.
