How It Works

Instead of relying on timed dosing, the F83 E PRO ADAPT uses its integrated scale to measure each dose in grams, helping ensure the amount of coffee delivered to the portafilter remains consistent from shot to shot.

ADAPT takes that consistency further by creating a wired connection between the grinder and the espresso machine's flow meter. Through a guided self-learning process, the operator establishes the desired espresso recipe. The grinder then monitors extraction data, and when repeated extractions move outside the recipe parameters, it provides an on-screen suggestion showing the barista how to adjust the grind setting.

HIGH-VOLUME PERFORMANCE

A 650-watt motor drives the burrs at 1,350 rpm at 50 Hz or 1,550 rpm at 60 Hz, with Dark-T® burr productivity rated at 3.1 g/sec. Recommended consumption is up to 6 kg of coffee per day. Commercial output for busy bars.
