The Spirit and Mirage are engineering and art in equal measure — custom temperature profiles, independent boilers, and a build standard that makes them the benchmark for specialty coffee programs worldwide.

Dual Boiler System

Dedicated brew and steam boilers operate independently. Pull a shot and steam milk simultaneously with no temperature compromise — the defining advantage of dual-boiler design.

PID Temperature Control

PID monitors and adjusts brew temperature in real time. The temperature you set is the temperature you get — no drift during slow periods or instability under pressure.

2-Group Configuration

Dual-group layout supports two baristas working simultaneously. Double the output without doubling the footprint — the standard for mid-to-high-volume café service.

Fully Refurbished

Rebuilt to CMD's refurbishment standard — group heads, boilers, pumps, and steam wands inspected, serviced, and replaced as needed. Commercial performance at a fraction of new cost, backed by our warranty.
