Mazzer LM Lux D Commercial Espresso Coffee Grinder

Mazzer

Mazzer has been setting the standard for commercial espresso grinding since 1948.

Flat burrs, robust motors, and stepless micrometric adjustment — the Mazzer range is built to dose precisely and grind consistently across thousands of shots without losing calibration.

The Engineering

Flat Burrs

Flat burr geometry produces a narrow particle distribution — more uniform grind size, more even extraction, more consistent espresso. The burr type preferred for espresso in high-quality commercial environments.

Stepless Micrometric Adjustment

Infinite grind size adjustment with no click stops — dial in the exact grind your recipe requires, not the closest available setting.

Commercial-Grade Motor

High-torque motor handles continuous commercial loads without heat buildup. Consistent particle size across a full day of service — no performance degradation under sustained use.

Burr Quality

Precision-machined burrs deliver consistent particle size across the grind range. Uniform distribution means more even extraction — and better-tasting espresso in the cup.
