Nuova Simonelli - Aurelia II - AV T3 - 2 Group Commercial Espresso Machine

Nuova Simonelli

Nuova Simonelli makes the machines world barista champions choose to compete on.

T3 temperature control, soft infusion, and barista-friendly ergonomics come standard — because the brand's benchmark is competition performance, not just commercial adequacy.

What Commercial Espresso Demands Inconsistent brew temperature Precision thermal management Channeling and uneven extraction Pre-infusion puck saturation Barista-dependent dosing accuracy Volumetric programming High cost of new commercial equipment Fully refurbished at significant savings The Engineering

Pre-Infusion

Gentle pre-infusion saturates the puck before full pressure is applied. More even extraction, less channeling — the technique that separates good espresso from great espresso.

Volumetric Dosing

Program shot volumes once and the machine doses precisely every time. Baristas can focus on the customer, not the cup — consistency at speed, every service.

Pressure Profiling

Manual or electronic pressure profiling gives the barista control over extraction dynamics. Pull different coffees at their ideal pressure curve — the tool for specialty programs that go beyond the standard 9-bar formula.

2-Group Configuration

Dual-group layout supports two baristas working simultaneously. Double the output without doubling the footprint — the standard for mid-to-high-volume café service.

Fully Refurbished

Rebuilt to CMD's refurbishment standard — group heads, boilers, pumps, and steam wands inspected, serviced, and replaced as needed. Commercial performance at a fraction of new cost, backed by our warranty.
