Optipure Reverse Osmosis System 375/10

Pentair

Water precision at commercial scale.

The Optipure Reverse Osmosis System delivers high-output RO filtration for commercial beverage operations — giving cafés and coffee programs exact control over their water chemistry.

What Precision Water Demands High or variable source TDS Full RO reduction + blending valve Scale causing machine failures Near-total limescale mineral removal Flat extraction from over-soft water Blending valve targets optimal TDS Complex water treatment rigs All-in-one under-counter installation How It Works

The Optipure system passes source water through a pre-filtration stage to remove sediment and chlorine, then through the RO membrane to strip dissolved minerals and contaminants. The integrated blending valve mixes RO permeate with a calibrated amount of bypass water to achieve the target TDS range for optimal coffee extraction — typically 75–150 ppm. This blended output delivers water that is free of harmful contaminants while retaining the mineral content that coffee extraction requires.

The Details

High-Output Reverse Osmosis

Commercial-grade RO membrane removes TDS, chlorine, heavy metals, and scale minerals at rated throughput. Consistent water quality across high-volume service.

Mineral Blending Valve

Blends a controlled amount of source water back into the RO output to achieve target TDS. Precise water chemistry without external remineralization equipment.

Scale-Free Operation

Near-total removal of calcium and magnesium carbonates — virtually eliminates limescale buildup in boilers and group heads.

Under-Counter Footprint

Compact installation fits standard under-counter configurations — no dedicated equipment room required.

Service-Friendly Design

Accessible cartridge and membrane replacement — serviced on-site without specialized tools or extensive downtime.
