Sanremo Cafe Racer Naked (Red/Black) 2 Group Commercial Espresso Machine

Sanremo

Sanremo builds machines for the operators who know that consistency is a competitive advantage.

Built with a multi-boiler system, programmable dosing, and durable Italian craftsmanship, this machine is designed to keep pace with busy cafés and high-volume service.

What Commercial Espresso Demands Inconsistent brew temperature Precision thermal management Channeling and uneven extraction Pre-infusion puck saturation Slow workflow during rushes Optimized barista ergonomics Equipment downtime and service costs Commercial-grade durability and serviceability The Engineering

Pre-Infusion

Gentle pre-infusion saturates the puck before full pressure is applied. More even extraction, less channeling — the technique that separates good espresso from great espresso.

2-Group Configuration

Dual-group layout supports two baristas working simultaneously. Double the output without doubling the footprint — the standard for mid-to-high-volume café service.

Commercial Build Quality

Stainless steel construction, commercial-grade components, and professional serviceability. Built to run daily and be maintained on a commercial schedule — not a consumer appliance.
