How It Works

The Sanremo YOU runs independent boilers for brewing and steaming, which means pulling a shot and frothing milk happen without any thermal compromise on either side. The programmable extraction profiles let you set temperature, pre-infusion duration, and dosing parameters for a specific coffee, save that configuration, and load it whenever you return to that bean. The touchscreen interface surfaces all of your controls without requiring you to navigate nested menus or memorize button sequences — everything is visible, adjustable, and immediate. The Acquamarine finish is a special edition colorway that gives this machine a distinct visual identity on your counter or behind your bar.

The Engineering

Multi-Boiler System

Brew and steam boilers operate independently for zero thermal interference. Your extraction temperature stays locked in no matter what the steam wand is doing.

Extraction Profiles

Program and save your ideal brew parameters for each coffee you rotate through. Switch beans, load the profile, and skip the morning dial-in entirely.

Touchscreen Display

Full control surface with visual feedback on temperature, timing, and profile selection. Every setting is one tap away — no memorizing button combos.

Temperature Stability

Exceptional thermal regulation across the full extraction window. Consistent water temperature from first drop to last — the foundation of repeatable espresso.

Special Edition Finish

Acquamarine colorway exclusive to this limited run. A machine that performs at the highest level and looks unlike anything else in the category.

Built For

The Barista Who Saves Recipes the Way a Photographer Saves Presets — Because Consistency Is the Craft

You keep tasting notes. You track your grind adjustments. The Sanremo YOU gives you a machine that remembers what worked so your energy goes into exploring new coffees, not re-discovering old settings every morning.

Is This the Right Machine

Made For

Dedicated home baristas and small cafe operators who rotate beans regularly, value programmable profiles, and want multi-boiler stability with a touchscreen workflow. You also want a machine with a finish that reflects the level of care you put into your coffee.

Not For

Single-button simplicity seekers. If you pull the same drink every day and never adjust variables, you are paying for profile depth and control features you will not use. A straightforward dual boiler would serve you well at a lower price.
